Around the middle of 2010, after doing much research, I decided that a plant-based, whole foods diet would be in my best interest to improve and maintain my health. I actually eat a much more diverse diet than before and love eating plant based. I do not miss animal products and don’t feel that I am missing out by not eating non-plant based foods.

This website is basically a repository for things that I have interest. I hope the information is helpful to others, and feel free to send questions or suggestions.
